North American Seed Butter has the capacity to operate internally with a limited number of CPG businesses.

In these arrangements, NASB assumes responsibility for procurement, manufacturing execution, and supply chain coordination. The work is integrated into existing operations and replaces fragmented vendor and intermediary structures.

Scope may include procurement, supplier management, Quality Assurance, manufacturing execution, Quality Control, cost structure management, and production planning. Engagements are structured according to the operating requirements of the business.

This capacity exists alongside NASB’s normal manufacturing operations.
